We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

If something doesn’t fit you or your horse, you may return your original purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags and packaging are required
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a company error (incorrect or defective item)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened treats or supplements
  • Veterinary medications
  • Underwear or intimate apparel
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

Blankets and sheets must be clean, hair-free, and odor-free to be eligible for return.
Any blanket returned with hair, dirt, debris, or signs of use will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order once the return is accepted

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund
